Club Rules & Regulation

  1. Prior to playing, all golf players must register at the Front Office.
  2. All golf players must be ready 10 minutes before their tee time.
  3. Unless otherwise authorized by the starter crew, all golf players must begin on hole #1 or hole #10.
  4. The pace of play is critical for everyone's enjoyment. Less than four-player groups should play faster than four-player groups. If you are out of position because of slow play, you must speed up or you will be realigned to the proper position.
  5. Weekend and holiday morning flights require a minimum of three (3) participants. Weekdays, weekend afternoons, and public afternoon flights require a minimum of two (2) participants.
  6. A maximum of four (4) participants are permitted per flight.
  7. All golf players must arrive at their designated tee time. Due to adverse weather, tee times may be pushed back.
  8. Handicapped flags will be supplied with the Club Management clearance.
  9. The consumption of outside food and beverages is prohibited.
  10. Please be respectful and considerate of other golfers on the course, and avoid inappropriate behaviour such as yelling, making insulting comments, and making loud noises.
  11. It is banned to consume/bring personal alcoholic beverages containing more than 5% alcohol volume as well as illegal drugs (narcotics).
  12. The use of firearms and weapons is prohibited.
  13. All visitors are responsible for their personal possessions, their own safety, and any damages to the Driving Range facilities caused by their negligence.

Everyone who intends to play on the course or use the practice facilities must follow our Dress Code Policy.
Parahyangan Golf operates as a resort golf course. Members and guests should dress appropriately for the Golf Course and Driving Range, with smart casual style and standard golf attire.

  1. Men must wear collared shirts and slacks, or Bermuda shorts with a belt.
  2. Women must wear appropriate shirts and trousers, skirts, or golf shorts of the proper length.
  3. No cut-off shorts, swimming suits, or tank/halter tops are permitted while using the golf facilities.

The Club Management maintains the right to restrict access to people who are not dressed in compliance with these regulations to the Golf Course, Driving Range, Clubhouse, and Club Facilities.

  1. Golfers are invited to make individual and/or group tee time reservations up to fourteen (14) days in advance by sending an email to reservation@parahyangangolf.com, WhatsApp to +62 877 8855 8383, or calling 022 - 2110 2878.
  2. Golfers are cordially encouraged to make individual and/or group tee time bookings for weekends and Public Holidays up to seven (7) days in advance, by sending an email to reservation@parahyangangolf.com, WhatsApp to +62 877 8855 8383, or calling 022 - 2110 2878.
  3. Tee time(s) cancellations can only be accepted via email to reservation@parahyangangolf.com, WhatsApp to +62 877 8855 8383, or by phone to 022 - 2110 2878.
  4. Tee time booking requires a “deposit,” the amount of which is specified by the Club Management.
  5. To be eligible for a full refund of a deposit, tee times must be cancelled by 4 p.m. on the day before the date of play. Cancellations made after 4 p.m. on the day before the date of play are not eligible for a deposit refund, and the deposit is instantly forfeited.
  6. The Club Management has the authority to reserve and/or block any number of tee times at any given time.
  7. To ensure a smooth running tee time program - and if so required by the Club - the Club Management maintains the right to modify a tee time booking.

The Club has a duty of care to all golf course users. This is the Club's established policy on the safe use of golf carts.

  1. Only drive on the authorized buggy track.
  2. Drive with caution and put safety first. Before you begin, make sure that everyone is prepared.
  3. Do not press the accelerator and brake pedals simultaneously. Use only one foot to operate.
  4. Please do not walk or place your foot on the dashboard.
  5. Capacity: 4 (four) people and 2 (two) golf bags.
  6. The golfer is liable for any damage that occurs while renting a golf cart.
  7. The golfer is responsible for all goods stored in the golf cart.
  8. Please do not leave your stuff (cell phone, sunglasses, wallet, etc.) in the golf cart after finishing your game.
  9. Golf cart operators must be at least 16 years old and have a valid driver's license.
  10. All golf players are solely responsible for the safe operation of their golf carts and the prevention of injuries.
  11. The use of golf carts should not interfere with the enjoyment of other golfers.
  12. Golf cart operators must also be careful not to harm property, particularly the golf course's playing surfaces.

The following infringements will be brought to the Club Management's attention and may result in the severity of the infringement being reviewed by Management. The Management will reserve the right to ask the offending player/s to depart the Golf Club premises: General Course Etiquette.

  1. Throwing any form of litter, at any time, anywhere on the Golf Course.
  2. All trash, including paper, bottles, cans, and cigarette butts, should be placed in your golf bag or cart until you reach a litter receptacle.
  3. The use of driving range balls on the Golf Course is prohibited.
  4. Failure to register and pay for Guests; and/or
  5. Deliberate abuse of any item of the Club property is prohibited.

Golfers must also follow standard golf etiquette to make the game more enjoyable for everyone, such as fixing divots, not hitting while other players are within range and screaming “fore” if you do, remaining silent while a golfer is fitting the ball, and playing at a decent speed.

Enforcement of Club Rules and Regulations is left to the Club Management.

  1. For the first offense, golfers who violate club rules will be verbally warned.
  2. A second transgression will result in a written acknowledgement of the event, which will be recorded.
  3. Any more infractions will result in dismissal from Parahyangan Golf Bandung.
  4. Any violence that Club Management deems “major” may result in an immediate ban from the facility.
